You understand and acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees or applicable charges paid by you, whether in full or partially, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes or extensions in the duration of the Service, alterations in the commencement date of the Service, your inability to attend or engage with the Service, or any modifications to the content or structure of the Service.

In the rare event that a refund is processed, you agree that the refunded amount may either be provided in cash or as a credit (usable for the purchase of any other Services of equivalent value offered by Mantle Startups). The mode of refund, be it cash or credit, remains at the sole discretion of Mantle Startups.
